SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS — KonectKemet


📦 SHIPPING

When will I get my order? It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill your order, after which it's shipped. Estimated shipping times:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada & 🇺🇸 USA: 3–4 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 6–8 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 2–14 business days
  • 🇯🇵 Japan: 4–8 business days
  • 🌍 International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order be shipped from? We work with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order is printed and shipped from the facility closest to you for the fastest delivery possible.

Will I be charged customs fees? Additional customs and tax fees may apply for international orders. These fees are charged by your local customs office and are outside of KonectKemet's control. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

My order should be here by now, but I still haven't received it. What do I do? Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If everything is correct and you still haven't received your order, contact us at KonectKemet@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping costs will be at your expense.

How are your products made? All our products are made to order, crafted specifically for you the moment you place your order. This allows us to guarantee superior quality and unique designs celebrating your connection to African heritage. 🖤

How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped. For any questions about tracking, contact us at KonectKemet@gmail.com.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What do I do? We're truly sorry about that! Please contact us at KonectKemet@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

We will do everything we can to make it right as quickly as possible.


↩️ RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? Since all our products are made to order, we don't offer returns or exchanges for correctly fulfilled orders. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at KonectKemet@gmail.com and we will find a solution.

Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. Please contact us at KonectKemet@gmail.com with photos of the items in question and we will make it right.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color? We don't offer exchanges at this time. If you're unsure about sizing, please check our size guides available in each product description. If an item arrives mislabeled, please contact us at KonectKemet@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos — we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
